To respect our technician’s schedule, travel time, and one-person mobile operation, a $125 non-refundable Mobile Service Deposit (your first-hour/minimum fee) is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully applied to your final flat-rate invoice if the appointment is completed.

• Cancellations or reschedules with more than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund of the $125 deposit (processed within 3 business days) or full transfer as credit to a new appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice: The $125 deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee. We will apply it as a credit toward a rescheduled appointment within 30 days (subject to availability).

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows / vehicle not accessible: 100% of the booked flat-rate service (or minimum $125 if no specific service was quoted) will be charged to cover reserved time and travel. Repeat occurrences may require 100% prepayment for future bookings.

• Minimum 1-hour labor charge applies in these cases (even if the full service is not completed):

  • You decline the service after work has begun (e.g., after diagnosis, disassembly, or any repair steps have started).

  • The issue resolves itself or cannot be reproduced upon arrival.

  • Any other situation where the technician has started travel, diagnostic or repair work with your authorization and you then choose not to proceed.

• Late arrival: If you (or authorized person) are more than 15 minutes late/unavailable without notice, a $25 late fee applies (still credited to service). After 30 minutes the appointment may be canceled and the deposit kept.

• Emergencies, severe weather, or technician delays: We use reasonable discretion and will work with you for a full refund or free reschedule.

All bookings are confirmed only after deposit payment and agreement to these terms. You will receive SMS/email reminders at 48 hours and 2 hours before your appointment. This policy ensures we can deliver reliable, premium mobile service while protecting everyone’s time.
